How To Apply
Students from Globe, Hayden-Winkleman, Miami, Ray, San Carlos, and Superior High Schools:
Contact your high school counselor or CTE director for assistance with the enrollment process listed below. Your high school counselor will assure you are on track to graduate, and have room to fit one of the CVIT programs into your high school schedule before approving your application for CVIT enrollment.
Home-schooled and online students:

Enrollment Process
Complete Online Admissions Application for Gila Community College.
Upon completion, GCC will provide the student by email their nine-digit student ID number that begins with 7700?????. This will also be the student's CVIT ID number and must be included on their High School Enrollment Form & Release of Student Information Form.
Complete CVIT Pre-Admissions online form.
Opens April 15, 2026.
Submit signed Gila Community College High School Enrollment Form to high school counselor or CTE director.
Submit signed Release of Student Information Form to high school counselor of CTE director.
If student meets program requirements, high school counselor and CTE director will approve student to be considered for CVIT program.
After initial approval, web address/link for CVIT enrollment will be emailed to parent/guardian.
Opens May 1, 2026.
Once accepted and online enrollment process is completed, all 10th grade health occupations students and 11th and 12th graders not meeting the required multiple measures will need to schedule and take the reading, writing, and math placement tests at either Gila Pueblo Campus library at 928-425-8481 or with their high school counselor.
